The Innsbruck Rookie Fest is back, bringing the action to Nordkette Skyline Park, Innsbruck, from February 21 to 23, 2025! As one of the most exciting stops on the World Rookie Tour, this event will gather the best young freeskiers from around the globe to compete in a Slopestyle FIS NYC competition, aiming for a spot in the World Rookie Tour Finals later this season.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Austrian Alps, the Nordkette Skyline Park offers a world-class slopestyle course that will challenge even the most skilled young riders. With a perfectly shaped park and the vibrant energy of Innsbruck, this event is not only a competition but a stepping stone for young athletes looking to launch their international careers.
🏆 Who can participate?
The Innsbruck Rookie Fest is open to male and female freeskiers born in 2007 or later, divided into two categories:
- Rookies: Born between 2007-2009
- Groms: Born in 2010 or later
This event is a crucial platform for young talents, offering a chance to compete under official FIS rules, gain competition experience, and showcase their skills on a global stage.
📅 Event schedule
- Friday, Feb 21: Registration, bib pick-up, welcome dinner, and a special Top of Innsbruck photo session.
- Saturday, Feb 22: The Freeski Rookie Fest competition, with an open training session in the morning and the main contest running until the afternoon. The awards ceremony will take place at 16:00.
- Sunday, Feb 23: Reserve day in case of bad weather or many riders.
Note: The schedule is subject to change based on weather and snow conditions. If necessary, qualifications may start on Friday afternoon.

- Lift Pass: €20 per day (if needed)
- Coach Registration: €30 (includes dinner on Friday + lunch on Saturday)
