Slopestyle and Big Air

slopestyle course

We are thrilled to share with you an exciting update! The much-awaited World Rookie Freeski Finals 2024 from March 10th to March 15th in Madonna di Campiglio, will feature the course preview of one of the most progressive lines ever seen: the L line of Ursus Snowpark.

The organizing committee underlines that the competition will exclusively take place along the L line during the World Rookie Freeski Finals and that the M line will not be part of the competition course. Please keep this in mind while evaluating your participation in the event. This decision has been made to ensure the highest level of safety and performance quality during the event. It will be an unforgettable experience for all freestyle enthusiasts and anyone who wishes to witness the thrill of high-level skiing up close.

slopestyle course

We are proud to announce that the L line will serve as the main stage for the incredible performances of the participating athletes. Specifically designed to push the boundaries of freestyle skiing, this line promises unprecedented spectacle and innovation. The L line has been specially designed and prepared to offer exciting and spectacular challenges to the participating athletes. The jumps, features, and elements along this line will provide an exceptional stage to showcase the talent and creativity of emerging freeskiers from around the world.

“One of the most progressive kicker line with three jumps followed by two rails set.” said Gian Luca “Jimmi” Zanetti, race director WRT and Ursus Snowpark ManagerThe kickers offer a wide range of size, the first kicker with a minimum size on sweet spot of 10 meters to a max of 17 meters, second kickers offer a range between 14 to 22 meters while third kicker a size between 17 to 27 meters“.

The racecourse of the World Rookie Freeski Finals 2024, set at the Ursus Snowpark in Madonna di Campiglio, will not only showcase the exceptional talent of our competing athletes but will also provide a unique opportunity for skiing enthusiasts to witness an event that will set a new standard in the world of winter sports.
