The countdown has officially started for the first skateboard contest of the World Rookie Tour Season 25: the French Fries Rookie Fest! Mark your calendars for May 14th, 2025, because Les Deux Alpes will be where the new skate legends are born.
The French Fries Rookie Fest is part of the World Rookie Camp of Skateboarding a Les Deux Alpes, an epic week from May 11th to May 16th, 2025, dedicated to shredding, learning, and good vibes. The camp includes daily training sessions at the L2A Skatepark with dedicated coaches, rad workshops (think stretch, yoga, breakdance, tattoos, judge clinic and even more surprises), full board accommodation (breakfast, lunch and dinner), and registration to the contest itself!
The event is stacked with awesome prizes:
- 2 All-inclusive tickets to the 2025 World Rookie Tour Skateboard Finals (location to be announced)
- All podium riders will automatically qualify for the 2025 World Rookie Tour Skateboard Finals
- Tons of sponsor goodies up for grabs!
Participation packages are super flexible. Whether you’re riding solo or with a crew, aiming for both skateboarding and snowboarding camps, or just focusing on skating, you can tailor your experience. You choose what fits you best!
The cost to join the World Rookie Camp [Skateboard] and compete at the French Fries Rookie Fest is €470. This price covers:
- Registration fees for the World Rookie Camp
- Registration fees for the French Fries Rookie Fest contest
- 5 nights lodging (May 11th to May 15th)
- Breakfast, picnic lunch, and dinner every day
- Access to all workshops
- Daily coaching sessions
Important: The Camp is limited to 100 participants, so don’t sleep on it!
