This collaboration offers the best WRT skateboarder a chance to participate in the iconic Simple Session event, which this year returns to its historic location in Tartu, Estonia, now the European Capital of Culture. The event represents an extraordinary opportunity for new champions to experience their first pro-level competition in one of the world’s most prestigious skateboarding contests.
One notable success story is Toa Sasaki, World Rookie Grom Champion 2021, who achieved an incredible result at Simple Session 2022 by finishing 3rd overall and winning the City Street Session. His performance highlights the high level of talent nurtured by the World Rookie Tour and its potential to shine on the global stage.
This year, Simon Gerber, a standout talent from the World Rookie Tour, will be competing at Simple Session 2024, marking yet another milestone in the partnership between WRT and this prestigious event.
