From January the 11th to January the 15th 2020, the Black Yeti will celebrate the 15th edition of the World Rookie Fest in Livigno, the oldest event in the tour, where the concept of WRT was born and many of today snowboard stars competed back in the days.

This astonishing 15 th edition will go live on Boardriding.com, which will broadcast qualifications and finals. Our loved media partner represents a huge community of board sports addicted and will display the incredible riding level in Livigno to a global audience. Each edition of World Rookie Fest in Livigno has been a blast, but we expect to see something extraordinary this year thanks to the excellent Mottolino Snowpark structures, the welcome town and the many riders who already confirmed their presence.
This amazing edition of Livigno will be remembered for the sold-out a month ahead of the event: only 20 more spots are left for those who are still trying to attend this unforgettable event.

The World Rookie Fest in Livigno will be also the kick-off event of the 2020 Rookie Tour Italy, the official WRT National Qualification Series for the “Bel Paese”, and Livigno will assign a direct qualification spot for the 2020 WRT Finals in Kitzseinhorn to the best Italian male rider in the overall rank. Also, the event will provide points for the Italian Rookie Rank to define the other qualification spot for Italian riders to the 2020 WRT Finals.
Not only a slopestyle competition
In addition to the legendary slopestyle, rookies and groms can join many side activities such as the yoga lesson, for an energy boost, the unavoidable film premieres for the “ 2018.19 World Rookie Tour tv show”, Freeride Safety Clinic by ARVA, and many dinners and parties to meet other riders and to make new friends coming from the all over the world

All the podium winners from World Rookie Fest slopestyle, male and female, grom and rookie, will be qualified for the 2020 World Rookie Finals. Furthermore, the best riders of the event will be crowned and celebrated with prestigious awards: 2 all-inclusive tickets for the 2020 World Rookie Finals in Kitzsteinhorn – Zell am See-Kaprun (Austria), 2 all-inclusive tickets for 2020 Summer Rookie Jam in Les 2 Alpes (France), 2 tickets to the 2020 Rookie Shooting, 6 surf camps in Santander by Surftolive.com and other prizes offered by other WRT sponsors: Union Binding, ARVA, Level, Jail Jam and TSG.

EARLY BIRD BOOKING: for booking received and paid the latest by December the 10th of 2019, a discount of 30€ per rider will be applied. No discount available for coach/parents.
IMPORTANT: if you have any special request for your accommodation (Apartment for 7 nights, specific hotel, less or more nights) just contact us and/or the Livigno Tourist Office will take care of all your requests!
For no-show not communicated at least 5 days in advance a penalty of the full amount of the reservation will be charged to the national snowboard association.
